Broccoli Bake
40oz bag frozen broccoli
14-16oz velveeta cheese (cut small)
1 stack ritz
1 stick butter
-Layer in a dish, broccoli, cheese, broccoli, cheese, crushed ritz
-Pour one stick of melted butter over the ritz
-Cover and bake at 350 until cheese melts
Buffalo Cheese Chicken
*this was originally a dip, but instead of shredding the chicken and adding it into the sauce to eat with chips, i poured the sauce over whole chicken. So it can be done either way
6 chicken breasts
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
1/2 C ranch
1/2 C buffalo sauce (or more for desired spiciness)
3/4 C cheddar cheese
-Mix all into a pan
-Keep stirring as the cheese melt
-Cook chicken on the side
-Add cooked chicken to pan to cover with sauce and serve
*For a dip, melt all ingredients, and belend in shredded chicken, pour into baking dish and bake in the oven. Option to top with blue cheese crumbs, and serve once melted
Italian Mashed Potatoes
6 large white potatoes
16 oz moz cheese
3/4 C half and half
3/4 C italian bread crumbs
1/4 C parm cheese
-Peel potatoes and cut into chunks
-Boil water & add potatoes
-Let cook until tender with a fork
-Drain potatoes and mash
-Add in half and half and stir
-Add in almost all moz cheese and stir
-Layer into dish, top with rest of moz cheese
-Top with bread crumbs
-Top with parm cheese
-Bake in oven uncovered about 15-20 minuets or until cheese melted
