3 tsp olive oil
6 garlic cloves
1 C vodka
2 (28oz) cans tom puree
1/2 C water
salt
pepper
1 C heavy cream
parsley
-Dice onion and garlic and cook in oil in frying pan until soft
-Add vodka and let alcohol burn off
-Add 2 cans of tom sauce and rinse cans with water and add to pan
-Let cook on stove top on low for about 1 hour
-Stir in salt, pepper, and cream
-Combine with pasta
*Makes enough sauce for about 2-3 pounds of pasta
