Raspberry Cheesecake

2 C oreo crumbs
1/2 tsp white sugar
1/4 C butter
seedless rasp jelly
1/2 C white sugar
1/2 C water
2 C white chocolate chips
1/2 C half-and-half
3 packages cream cheese
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

1. mix cookie crumbs, 1/2 tsp sugar, and butter. press into bottom of pan
2. preheat oven to 325
3. mix cream cheese, 1/2 C sugar, until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Blend in vanilla and melted white chocolate
4. Pour half batter over crust, add melted rasp jelly, pour the rest of batter and more jelly
5. bake 60min. shut off oven, open door and let sit in oven for 60 minutes. Then put in fridge

*Using a sealed spring form pan works best, as well as placing it on a cookie sheet with a small amount of water to prevent cracking
