4 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp thyme
salt and pepper
chicken
olive oil
vegetables (which ever you like, i did pepper, and yellow squash)
1. Marinate chicken in lemon, garlic and thyme
2. Cooke veggies with lemon, garlic, oil, salt and pepper
3. Cook chicken in frying pan
*I also served mine with garlic cous cous
